Guitar Card

Hi, well its now May where is this year going to!! The month of birthdays is here, in our family its a nonstop round of cards and cakes in May with my partner, daughter, sister etc, all having birthdays and being considerate enough to be within a few days of each other :-( plus those of other friends.... I long for good weather so we can have a "do" outdoors and the kids can make as much mess as they like. True to form the rain has started this week and will no doubt continue till the day after I need it to be fine. Enough gibbering, here's a card for my "OH", a wanna be "Eric Clapton" man (or any other great guitarist)

Card stock:
  • Rusty Pickles - Brass Knuckles - Jam Session RP807, its black with the guitar and swirl in silver mirror finish, hard to see in the photo
  • Glitz double sided 12" x 12" paper- Angst Guitars - A2972. www.glitzitnow.com
  • Guitars cut from grey Core'dinations 12" x 12" cardstock
How handy when they have the details on a little strip..lol and how good that I managed to find them amongst my paper stash as I bought them some time ago :-)
  • Guitars inside cut with Indie Art Cricut cartridge on the Cricut Expression
  • clear sheet music stamp and greeting stamp
  • Distress Ink Faded Jeans for the edges of the cut-out guitars
  • Sakura glaze pen (greeting inside)
  • Silver embossing powder
  • Copper metal corner embellishments
  • green fine wire to make the strings ( badly !!) would use cotton it would be tighter and look better if I did one again.
  • double sided tape
Its such a basic card I will not insult you with instructions. Hope you like it
